Rivergreen Condo Description
The Condo consists of 2 seperate rooms, each with bathroom, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, which provides privacy for 2 couples to share or for families (One side for kids, One side for the adults).
The Studio side of the Condo consists of a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower stall. The Living Room has a Sofa, Recliner, sitting chairs, dining table, closet, 40" HDTV, DVD Player, alarm clock, and an extremely comfortable pull down Queen sized murphy bed. The kitchen comes complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes. There is a great selection of books, games and over 100 movies for your enjoyment. There are sliding doors to the balcony, where you can enjoy the magnificent views and fresh mountain air.
The Bedroom side of the condo has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Size Bed, with a twin bed on top, 32" HDTV, DVD Player, alarm clock, Full Bath with Jacuzzi Tub, Refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer. There are beautiful mountain views from our window. After a day of skiing or hiking, relax in our jacuzzi tub for 2.
The condo comes complete with all bed linens, towels, and hairdryers in each bathroom.
The entrance to the community "great room" and Indoor Pool facility is just down the hall from us and can be accessed without leaving the building. The fitness room and laundry is located in the basement, accessable by elevator.
Maximum Condo Occupancy is 5 Adults, 7 Total.

$ 110 daily mid week, $125 weekend (2 night minimum)
$ 700 for full week (7 nights)
Off peak specials - Stay a third night for only $90 more

Fall Foliage Season Labor Day to Mid-Oct
$130 per night mid-week, $160 per night weekends $900 for full week (7 nights)
Winter Season Dec 1st to April 1st
$120 per night mid-week and $140 per night weekends with 2 night minimum. Add 3rd night for $100 extra.

$ 180 per night (3 night minimum)
$ 1150 for Christmas - New Years Week and School Vacation Weeks
All Rates include Cable TV and Wireless Internet.
All Rentals subject to a $120 cleaning fee.
All reservations subject to 8.5% NH Lodging Tax and $250 refundable security deposit.
