Rental Rates

Off peak Discounts April 1st to Min-June, Mid-October to December 1st
$ 125 per night mid week, $ 135 per night weekend (2 night minimum)
Off peak specials - Stay an extra night for only $ 100 more
$ 675 for full week (7 nights)

Peak Dates Mid-June to Mid-October, and December 1st to April 1st
$ 135 per night mid week, $ 160 per night weekend
(Advance Reservations are 7 night minimum in July and August)
$ 900 for full week (7 nights)

Holidays / Festivals
$ 175 per night (3 night minimum)
$ 1200 for Christmas - New Years Week and School Vacation Weeks

All Rates include Cable TV, Local Phone, Free Wireless Internet, Cleaning.
All reservations subject to 9% NH Lodging tax and $200 refundable security deposit.
