Our Spacious and Comfortable Home has 1500 square feet of living space, with an open concept living room - Dining Room, 2 bedrooms, Full Kitchen, Washer-Dryer, BBQ Grill, Real Wood Fireplace, 50" Plasma HDTV, wireless internet, and local phone service included. Everything you need for a relaxing stress free vacation is here. We also offer access to a community clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, Hot Tub, Game Room, and Locker Rooms.
Entry to the home is at ground level, no stairs to climb. You can park right in front of the door, and we have 2 parking spaces available, plus we have an enclosed entry room area for your skis and boots or other outdoor accessories
The Main level has an open concept Living room-Dining Area with cathedral ceiling, Comfortable sofa with queen sofa bed, 2 recliners, real wood burning fireplace, half bath, and sliders to an outside Deck with Gas BBQ grill and outdoor table. The kitchen is fully equiped with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils.
The Second level has 2 bedrooms, each with private bath, 32" HDTV, DVD Player, Alarm Clock, air conditioning, and plenty of closet space. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed, plus a set of twin bunk beds.
The Bedrooms come complete with all fresh bed linens. If you plan on using the sofa bed you must bring your own queen size bedding and pillows. We also have a Washer-Dryer available for your use.
Rental Rates
Off peak Discounts April 1st to Min-June, Mid-October to December 1st
$ 125 per night mid week, $ 140 per night weekend (2 night minimum)
Off peak specials - Stay an extra night for only $ 100 more
$ 800 for full week (7 nights)
Peak Dates Mid-June to Mid-October, and December 1st to April 1st
$ 160 per night mid week, $ 180 per night weekend
(Advance Reservations are 7 night minimum in July and August)
$ 1100 for full week (7 nights)
Holidays / Festivals
$ 200 per night (3 night minimum)
$ 1400 for Christmas - New Years Week and School Vacation Weeks
All Rates include Cable TV, and Wireless Internet.
All rentals subject to a $120 cleaning fee.
All reservations subject to 8.5% NH Lodging Tax and $250 refundable security deposit.
